All vouchers are dispatched promptly and will arrive together with your policy documents.
In fact if we are unable to match or improve your insurance quotation, and you are able to get a better deal elsewhere, we will still send you the £5 voucher.
Terms and Conditions
Offer available only for new buildings and contents insurance policies and limited to 1 voucher per insured property and up to £50 worth of vouchers per Insured (subject to Insured insuring multiple properties).
£5 worth of gift tokens/ vouchers will be available only in the form of a Marks & Spencer Voucher redeemable in all Marks & Spencer Stores.
Vouchers will be issued together with policy documents or upon receipt of valid proof that a better deal was accepted elsewhere and will be send by recorded mail.
This offer is only on the assumption that the policy holder will insure with us. In the event we are unable to match or improve a premium issued elsewhere, vouchers can still be sent to you, subject to valid proof being produced showing that the policy has been placed elsewhere, if we are unable to insure it. If we meet our obligation and you go elsewhere, we will not be obliged to issue the vouchers.
Brokers Direct will not re-issue vouchers that are lost in the post.
